VINO DI ANNA
Vino di Anna is a small property run and managed by Anna Martens and Eric Narioo on the north face of Mt Etna. Grapes are sourced from 60-100 years old bush vines farmed organically. The vineyard ranges from 760-900 metres in altitude and the soils are obviously volcanic. Wines are made with minimal intervention, natural yeasts, no additives, no fining or filtering and fermented in a variety of vessels including Palmento, old barrels and even Georgian qvevri.
