Orsolya is a family winery on a human scale, everybody working together, and the kids drawing the labels. The viticultural side is respectful of the goal of producing less fruits but more concentrated ones. The focus is on the famous Kadarka grape and the vinification is simple: spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats and barrels. The white wines usually matured from 6 to 10 months and the reds from 1 to 2 years. The result of their work gives highly drinkable wines, full of fruits and vitality, with this specific spicy note.
