This family winery is based in the hottest and most sunny part of South-Slovakian wine region in the famous village of Strekov. The vineyard is six hectares in which the family keeps a strict yield reduction and avoids the use of chemicals. Both spontaneous fermentation and aging happens in oak barrels. 60% of wines are white, 10% rose and 30% red. All the wines are fermented and aged in wooden barrels ( 225, 300 and 500 liter Hungarian wood) without addition of any kind of chemicals (artificial yeasts, enzyme). Unfiltered and without fining, these juicy, fresh and highly drinkable wines need to be discovered!
