An iconic wine grower of natural wines ... Henri Milan has been cultivating vines in Provence since the late 80s. From the start in 1987 he aimed to make the best natural wine possible. To do this, he worked to gradually reduce all the chemistry on the domain, until he completely eliminated it. Thanks to Henri’s sensibility, the wines produced are original and complex . The harmony of grape varieties mixed by terroirs, gives a finesse and a special texture to the wines. In the cellar, no use of oenological inputs, no filtration as he intends to keep his wines alive. The result ? Superb complexity and originality, such as its Grand Blanc made from white grenache, rolle and roussanne.
Vinification of red wines without sulfur added since 2000 and from 2003 for the white ones.
Henri and now his son, Théophile use concrete and old barrels for ageing : white (12 months) and red (12 to 24 months)
